SaaS platforms frequently update their endpoints, rate limits, and authentication methods without notice. All technical content is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind.

2. Limitation of Liability (The “Sandbox” Clause)

SyncStackApp and its authors shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the architectures or code provided on this website. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, API rate limit penalties, server downtime, or breaches of third-party Terms of Service. You are solely responsible for testing any integration in a sandbox or staging environment before deploying it to a live production instance.

3. Custom Engineering & Lead Referrals

If you engage our team or our vetted partner agencies for custom integration services via our lead generation forms, a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW) will be drafted and signed directly with the executing agency, which will supersede these general website terms.
